Zinnia is the steady, reassuring presence guiding clients through every step of their renovation journey. With a background in customer service and a deep connection to the Pristine mission, she keeps communication clear, expectations aligned, and stress levels low. Known for her calm under pressure, Zinnia makes even the most complex projects feel seamless.
Fun fact: She can handle a full day of client updates, coordinate two job sites, and still make it to family dinner on time!
Founder of Pristine, Allan brings over a decade of high-end construction experience and a passion for redefining how bathrooms are built. Known for blending craftsmanship with client-friendly systems, he leads with a builder-first mindset and a drive to make the most of every space.
Fun fact: Allan started in construction at 16, sweeping job sites. Now he’s shaping the future of renovation, one bathroom at a time.
Marisa is the organizational backbone of Pristine, supporting the construction and renovation teams with expert coordination and care. From scheduling and logistics to client communication, she ensures nothing slips through the cracks. With her impeccable attention to detail, Marisa keeps day-to-day operations moving smoothly behind the scenes.
Fun fact: She once color-coded a year’s worth of projects—and loved every minute!
Ryan is the first point of connection for many of Pristine’s clients, and he makes sure it’s a good one! As Sales Specialist and team lead, he guides homeowners through the sales process with clarity, empathy, and ease. Beyond his stellar close rate, Ryan mentors the sales team and helps refine the scripts and systems that fuel Pristine’s growth.
Fun fact: Ryan’s first sale was in high school. He pitched and won funding to upgrade the gym lockers, and he’s been closing the deal ever since!
With decades of field experience, Armando oversees jobsite quality and crew coordination. A retired union carpenter and proud mentor, he brings old-school craftsmanship and steady leadership to every project.
Fun fact: He retired once, which lasted all of three weeks. He missed the tools, the team, and getting things done!
Axel is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure every renovation runs like clockwork. As Pristine’s Warehouse & Logistics Manager, he oversees all material intake, storage, and deliveries, ensuring each project is stocked, prepped, and ready to go. Known for his near-flawless coordination, Axel keeps things moving smoothly from warehouse to jobsite.
Fun fact: Axel loads a box truck with the precision of a surgeon. He calls it real-life Tetris, and he always wins.
