Obsidian Oak: Depth and Drama, Refined

Obsidian Oak is inspired by nature’s most striking contrasts: Charred wood, volcanic stone, and mineral-rich metals. This collection plays with tension. Light against dark, softness against strength, subtlety against bold detail. The result is a bathroom that feels grounded, sculptural, and quietly dramatic.

A fluted walnut vanity anchors the space, paired with matte black hex floor tile, luminous stacked white ceramic walls, and sculptural marble accents in the shower niche. Brushed brass fixtures bring a touch of warmth, while a matte black vessel faucet and custom glass enclosure sharpen the modern edge. The entire layout is designed to feel strong but not heavy, sleek, expressive, and intentionally layered.

From the integrated solid-surface sink to the color-changing under-vanity lighting, Obsidian Oak blends high contrast and high performance. Subtle design moves like the pivoting arched mirror, LED can lighting, and soft-touch towel hardware create a space that’s both stunning and soothing.

Q: What’s the difference between collections and custom remodels?

A: Collections are pre-designed for speed, simplicity, and savings. Custom remodels are fully tailored to your vision. Both deliver high-end results—just different paths to get there.

Q. Do you replace all plumbing and electrical during the remodel?

A: Yes, we fully replace plumbing and electrical from subfloor to ceiling—unlike most contractors, we don’t leave outdated systems behind. It’s safer, up to code, and backed by our warranty.

Q: Who handles permits and inspections?

A: We do. Your Project Manager takes care of filing, scheduling, and coordinating all required inspections.

Q: How long does a bathroom remodel take?

A: Collection-based remodels take 3–5 weeks once construction begins. Custom projects can take longer depending on scope and complexity.

Q: Is pricing final for a Collection renovation?

A: Collections are priced as fixed packages, but final pricing may change due to upgrades or unique site conditions.

Q: Can I make layout changes?

A: Collections work best with like-for-like renovations. If you want to make layout changes, try our Semi-Custom path.

Q: Do you start before materials arrive?

A: No. We stage and inspect all finish materials at our warehouse to avoid delays or backorders.

Q: Can I tweak a collection to fit my style?

A: Absolutely! Collections are flexible: swap tile, vanities, or fixtures to make it your own.

Q: Will I get a 3D rendering before construction starts?

A: Yes. Every project includes a 3D scan and rendering so you can visualize your space beforehand.

Q: How much does a bathroom remodel cost?

A: Collection-based remodels start in the high $20,000s, depending on size and finish level. Custom remodels are quoted based on your unique scope.

Q: Is financing available?

A: Yes. We offer flexible financing options.

Q: Do you charge for consultations?

A: Initial phone consultations are free.

Q: Who does the actual work?

A: Our in-house crew handles all phases of construction: no rotating subcontractors, just skilled pros you can trust.
