Consultation

A stress-free, two-part process designed to bring clarity from the start.

Intro Call

We’ll talk through your goals, preferences, and what matters most to you. From there, we’ll schedule a virtual site visit and send over a custom preliminary estimate to start bringing your vision to life.

Virtual Site Visit

The virtual walkthrough helps us assess your space and discuss potential upgrades. By the end, you’ll have a clear scope of work, and we’ll follow up with a proposal and contract to kick things off.

Design

Choose your path: Go custom or pick from one of our curated collection templates.

Onsite 3D Scans

Our advanced 3D scanning technology captures accurate, real-time measurements to help us design with precision, eliminate surprises, and ensure your remodel goes smoothly from day one.

Design Discovery

Every renovation starts with design exploration. Whether you choose a curated collection or a custom build, we’ll help bring your vision into focus. For curated collection projects, we’ll talk inspiration to select the best-fitting template. For custom designs, we’ll collaborate through mood boards and design sessions to craft a fully personalized plan.

Construction

Our clean, efficient process keeps your renovation on track, with no loose ends.

Permits & Materials

We’ll secure permits and start sourcing and organizing materials for your project. This step typically takes 2–4 weeks for Collections and 4-6 for Custom, depending on your material selections and local permit timelines.

Construction & Build Time

From day one, you'll experience a smooth, hands-on build process led by trusted professionals. Collections construction typically takes 6 weeks, and Custom construction typically takes 8 weeks.

Final Walkthrough & Offboarding

When construction wraps, we don’t just pack up, we finish strong. You’ll get a full deep clean, a personalized Product Guide & Warranty binder, and a thoughtful gift from our team to celebrate your new space.
